About us
Boat Experts is a family affair. I've been a boating tragic since my teens and over the last 20 years or so I've been accumulating a range of skills across multiple disciplines within the boating industry. If you're into boats you might've read my stuff, or checked out a boat based on my reviews or maybe watched me thrashing shiny hulls on TrailerBoat's YouTube channel. Perhaps you bought a boat from me or maybe you've got one of the boats I designed or tweaked parked in your driveway. If you don't know me... Hi! I'm Angelo.
Since my kids have grown up around boats and the broader boating industry, its natural that a couple of them might've succumbed to the lure and carved their own boating niche. Let me introduce you to the rest of the crew.
My eldest, Mikaela, has hung up her crew uniform and hopped aboard as our Marketing and Customer Experience Expert after 5 years pampering demanding billionaires onboard Superyachts across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
My son, Kris, might only be 16 but has been torturing boats with his old man from the time I could squeeze him into a life jacket. More recently, he's been honing his customer-service skills on the high pressure Boat Show circuit with a bunch of notable deals to his credit.
Meet Danii — our resident Sea Baby and expert bracelet crafter. What she lacks in experience, Danii makes up for with childish candour, unfiltered opinions, and the kind of questions only a nine-year-old would dare to ask.
